I work privately with a small number of clients each year, offering wellness sessions that are fully customized. Drawing from decades of experience in holistic health—including yoga, meditation, nutrition, fitness, aromatherapy, and Thai massage—I blend Eastern philosophy with Western practice to create something truly unique.

Everyone’s path to wellness is different. That’s why no two sessions are alike. Whether you're working on flexibility, back pain, inflammation, or simply trying to feel better in your body, I craft a plan that meets you exactly where you are. Private Yoga

Each session blends meditation and asana (poses) with an inspired focus tailored to your body and energy. You’ll receive individualized attention to support:

• Strength and endurance

• Mobility, flexibility, and balance

• Body–mind–spirit connection

• Calm, focused presence

As needed, sessions include time for to set or review goals, discuss needs, and reflect on your challenges. 

Private Meditation

These sessions—often including gentle asana or stretch—offer a quiet space to restore balance and reconnect.

Using centering techniques, guided visualization, mantra, breathwork, and other modalities, each experience is crafted to help you:

• Find stillness and peace

• Release stress and tension

• Connect mind, body, spirit

Each meditation session is infused with inspiration and care—supporting your journey toward a more harmonious life.

Wellness Partnership Program

My personalized approach to wellness is rooted in the belief that health deeply individual. Drawing from years of experience in holistic practice, I help clients focus on what truly supports their unique needs—mind, body, and spirit.

Whether you're looking to improve your health, understand nutrition, manage pain, reduce inflammation, get fit, or find peace, each session is tailored to what’s present in your life. Sometimes it’s guidance. Sometimes it’s a plan. Sometimes it’s simply having someone in your corner. I walk alongside you as you build a healthy, energized life.

Depending on your needs, any private session can be customized to include a pre-session reflection on your progress and goals, aromatherapy, gentle massage, Thai massage, and more. Together, we can also design a sustainable home practice for you to keep for a lifetime.
